The sellers attitude was as if he didnt believe me as he insisted that the packaging was adequate and didnt believe it could have been tampered with enroute. No-one else has reported a missing booklet. Buyer was asked to confirm that it definitely wasn't there. He suggested that someone had unsealed the box enroute and managed to remove the booklet because the shrinkwrap had a tear in it, but didn't confirm if this was large enough for the booklet to be removed and didn't photograph it before ripping shrinkwrap off (I have have no idea why someone would just steal a booklet).
