I received it with deep, fraying in the handles which didn't show on the pictures in her ad, and very dirty fabric inside right under the zipper on both sides. I contacted her and she denied the damage. The bag was definitely not in " good condition" ! I contacted eBay for a return, they requested pictures from me, and when seen, automatically sent me a free return address label and refunded my money.Reply from: dynastysfashionboutique- Feedback replied by seller dynastysfashionboutique.- Feedback replied by seller dynastysfashionboutique.complete & total lie..everything you complained abt was in the description with photos & I pointed this out to you..obviously you didnt read the description btw ebay didnt send you anything, its my return policy that allowed a label to be sent after i urged you to open return as i have 30 day returns on all items..you also tried to threaten me with feedback by saying if i accepted a return you wouldn't leave a negative which was not necessary since i accept returns also obviously another lie
