I got a small refund and was able to keep the card but when you get something different than what’s posted it’s just wrong and I’m pretty sure the seller saw the damages on the one he packaged and sent me. Furthermore there was no shrink wrap on the item. When i reached out the seller said that it was not their responsibility and that it was shipped from the original distributor as new. This item did not appear new and appeared opened in my opinion. They offered me a 4 dollar refund and return option but with international shipping was not ideal. Was not a good experience.
