Tried everything I could think of. Looked up tutorials, asked AI, tried multiple outlets, took it apart and put it back together again. Defective. Seller was completely unresponsive to my messages. I'm glad I was able to get a refund theough eBay but it was an annoying hassle having to pack it back up and take it to the post office to return to seller. Waste of time.
