    The seller sent a device locked by Shelby County Schools MDM and didn’t disclose it. The NVMe bay also doesn’t work. Returning it costs more than the item’s price. Refund offered was only 48% of what I paid. I ended up with a useless device. Seller acted dishonestly by hiding these defects.

    Buyer refused time and time again to return item. Buyer used a third party freight forwarder to ship internationally. We did everything we could to help buyer. He wanted a full refund AND wanted to keep the item. We offered multiple solutions and buyer declined all. Not much to do when buyer doesn't want to comply, but instead get a free item.....
