My dilemma was the back bottom plate. Somehow my hinges got bent down. Therefore they couldn't hook underneath the grooves . Thank you so much. I tried going through Sony and Sony PlayStation and they denied me. I was really frustrated, how they couldn't send out replacement plates. When they had millions of these units out on the market.
