    The manufacturer's retail box the item arrived in was open at the bottom. It looked like it could have gotten squished in the mail and the glue bond broke, but whatever the case, it arrived open and therefore made me think twice as to whether this was an "open box" item rather than brand new as advertised. (Not accusing...just saying) The item itself works and appears undamaged, and arrived way ahead of originally estimated delivery date so I'm happy.

    Seller shipped in bubble mailer, versus a box. Game system box crushed. Seller wanted me to file a claim with the USPS. It's the seller responsibility to file a claim, not the buyer. Asked for a refund on the damaged box, no reply on that notion. To save cost as a seller, not shipping items in a box, is not for collectors. Recommend buying from other sellers that take care of issues, and ship in boxes versus bubble mailers.

    Item was shipped safely in a protective bubble mailer to help keep shipping costs reasonable. The postal service is responsible for handling once shipped. The system itself arrived working as described.
