I was out all the money and the seller refused to refund or replace the fans. The boxes came all marked No good on the outside and my contractor could not install any of them as they came without wiring and mounting posts, brackets etc. Each fan must have them to work. This was a scam. They resold to me damaged unusable fans that they couldn’t use or said they were new.
