    The seller sent me a broken product that was different from what was described and posted on eBay. I confirmed that it was unusable and immediately returned it. However, the seller made the buyer pay for the return shipping costs. Since it was not the buyer's fault, I requested eBay to refund the return shipping costs and pay for it.
