    Shoes are new, perfect condition. Packaging was beat up, torn. Shipping was 11 days, not 2-4.

    We shipped immediately, unfortunately we have no control past that. Our shoes are shipped in plastic bags which admittedly do not protect the boxes. Under normal circumstances the shoe boxes are shipped undamaged but again, we have no control over the handling once they leave us. I would MUCH rather ship in cardboard boxes but shipping expenses are so high already there would be no way to offer free shipping along with the low prices we have on the shoes. It is a trade off.
