Several weeks after receiving the items, I received an invoice from UPS for US Customs Duties and Brokerage Fee in the amount of $15.27. When I placed the order there was NO MENTION ANYWHERE about any possible additional shipping costs or fees. I feel this was underhanded. Seller quoted shipping charges of $18, and I paid $18 for shipping when I placed the order.
