I told him I never look at the description field, I look at coins and buy based on the coin. Buyer was able to see the minor chipping on the holder was there when I bought the coin. I told the buyer I was okay giving him a refund if he was not satisfied. The buyer kept the coin. Buyer should have left a positive rating for this transaction and not a neutral one.
