I was disappointed to see the chipped PCGS slab when I received this coin. The seller's description didn't mention it in the listing. We shared emails about what happened, and a solution was found.

I told the buyer where I bought the coin and sent him a link to see the coin when I bought it last year. I told him I never look at the description field, I look at coins and buy based on the coin. Buyer was able to see the minor chipping on the holder was there when I bought the coin. I told the buyer I was okay giving him a refund if he was not satisfied. The buyer kept the coin. Buyer should have left a positive rating for this transaction and not a neutral one.
