Seller claimed they sent it, but I've contacted 3 branches of USPS in the area, and there are no signs it was ever even dropped off. Someone at USPS said that it's "incredibly unlikely" that a package would be dropped off for delivery, but never get scanned at any location. Seller claims they've had multiple packages take months to arrive, and USPS said (again) "that's not the case 99% of the time". Disappointed.
