I work 60 hrs and manage a team, I will send item asap. 4 days later still no shipping level had been created. contacted seller and he's response was again. out of town don't have time to send item. accept a refund thanks. very unprofessional seller. if I was the seller just to make things right I would have sent the item overnight freight at his expense. don't reccomend
