You refused and demanded a refund or free item. You threatened negative feedback. You then filed an item not received claim in order to get a refund. This was obviously not true and was quickly shut down. Threatening and filing a false report are both violations of ebay policy. This has been reported to ebay. I was happy to work with you via ebay's established policies. A return would have taken care of the whole thing.
