Then again, not critical. What WAS critical though is that it was DOA; no light, no power. Despite decent packaging, was easy to hear screws and main board moving freely inside the device. Contacted the seller: Said everything was working fine when he shipped it. He didn't even try to make up for my total $ loss. Pissed off to say the least.

The charger was listed as "open box, new", it is not new. It arrived on 6/24 and the fuse/holder were missing; I tested it using a correct fuse holder/fuse, the unit doesn't work. On-line I found and called a repair shop in Missouri who said one or more of the internal circuit boards is fried; that it is not a new unit and should have been listed as "for parts only".
