However, I reached out to FUL to inquire why this product did not match the item purchased from their company and was advised that it did not appear to be an authentic FUL suitcase. I made a refund request and it was approved by the seller, but after the item was shipped back in their package, in the same condition as received, they filed some type claim that I do not understand. I am awaiting Ebay response.
