I received the package and opened box to my surprise it was a used one with ink all over it. I contacted them yep there mistake they didn't have any new ones. So i cleaned this one up installed it expecting a refund. I contacted them about refund and was told they sell used ones for approx. only 125.00 less and i responded that was not good enough and haven't heard a word since.
