The handles look and feel substantial. Work out booklet shows great detail. Metal clips on end look substantial. Pleased with set and can recommend.

I have been working out with resistance bands for 15 years and actually trained others at a gym I worked at with them. My first set was a brand called bodylastics and the company had a continuing show on complete head to toe workouts, it was how I learned to use them it was very complete and informative! These Bob and Brad bands seem very solid and they seem like they would last! Seem well worth the $20.00. I'm 71 years old and I look in my 50s!! They work!
