sold me headset that didn"t work didn't want to do full refund had to go to ebay to resolve the refund. Don't buy from this person selling defective headset and will not make good on his sale

I listed in the description of this listing untested and I also said no returns. Buyer received the headset and it did not work. I offered a partial refund even though I clearly listed it was untested because it didn't work but they wouldn't accept. I received this package and they didn't send it back as I had sold it to them.
