There's always a risk buying used products, especially complex electronics. This particular Dell wouldn't accept a new SSD. Took it to licensed professionals, they couldn't fix. Shared repair shop notes with seller. Seller asked me to ship back to see what he could do. Too much money spent & time wasted now (6-weeks). Selling machine for parts. Lesson learned: never buy a used laptop without AT LEAST 90 days warranty. A cheap machine isn't cheap when you spend weeks paying professionals to fix.

Buyer story don’t added up. The only resolution he wanted was for me to pay for the return and a full refund. Buyer first claimed, he took it to a professional computer store and they installed the os on the new ssd but could not install all of the drivers. Then changed to it would not recognize the new ssd. This would not take 6 weeks. 30 minutes the most. Offered him a replacement or refund after he sent it to me. Cost is $15. He told me he decided to sell it for part for around $50-$80?
