I love the toaster, however I am disappointed because there is not an owners manual or instruction booklet in the packaging which claimed to be a new toaster. Additionally there is scratches/smudges on the chrome that is not coming off, on the what would be the front side of the toaster which we now have facing the rear (which makes the functioning of the toaster backwards for us right handers...) I am trying to attach a photo for you to see the area that is damaged.
