    Buyer waited 30 days after delivery to let us know there was an issue. This type of problem should have been brought to our attention much sooner. We asked some clarifying questions to try to resolve the problem, & those questions were ignored & not answered, even so we offered a partial refund to purchase a new battery. This item powered on and worked just fine when we shipped it as shown in the listing pictures. We did try to resolve and help the situation with solutions and fast communication
