Not the Sellers fault in any way. Ebay Global Shipping failed badly. To suddenly cancel an order for the supposed reason that THEIR appointed Carrier cannot ship the item ( from the Ebay Hub) to its destination is a bad failure of Ebay.
I also had clients who were let down by this garbage service.
