I have to give this seller a lot of credit for his responsiveness and customer service. He is dealing with a local USPS that appears to be overloaded and takes up to a week to mark packages as accepted by USPS. This was frustrating but the seller was responsive to my concerns, although there was little he could do. When I received the items, one of the two had some damage. The seller promptly worked with me to make things right. Best of all the speakers sound marvelous.
