Purchased an embroidery. When it arrived, I noticed the color was heavily misrepresented in the photography, making it much less attractive in my opinion. Reached out to the seller and they immediately offered a return which is great - however, would have also appreciated an apology for the inconvenience and poor photography. The insisted I was wrong about the color and that their photography was superior. Art also had a lump.
