Supposed to be brand new unused open box laptops. Both were a bit dirty and needed cleaning to appear new. One of them had a small dent on the lid. Seller was combative and resistive to doing a return and tried to accuse my freight forwarding company of damaging/dirtying the laptops which is impossible as they were never removed from the seller sealed boxes and boxes were undamaged. Lastly I had to wait almost 2 weeks for a refund as the seller opened a case with ebay contesting a full refund

This buyer used a third party freight forwarding company for their purchase, which isn't covered by money back guarantee. We questioned the request because the laptops could have been mishandled by the third party. Buyer threatened with feedback extortion if we didn't accept their return, which is also against the rules. We accepted return and sent label same day. Ebay opened case, not us, we were just going to full refund the buyer, and ebay dragged it on for 10 days. This isn't what we wanted.
