Thank you for such an amazing knife. I had just ground down 2 bolsters last month and have sworn them off completely aside from what I have. This bunka is perfect, and what a wonderful listing! Having the video adds so much. This will be well taken care of. My other knives are Zwiling Pro and Four Star chefs knives "8, Victorinox Fibrox chef 8", and an old Sabatier 8" chef. Lastly, thank you! My favorite knife came across the world, and I'm sure shipping was not cheap.
