I placed the order without updating my address. I was concerned when they denied my cancel request and told me they would update the shipping address without cancellation and re order. The shipping label must have auto printed and it never updated the tracking information on my end. Everything was fine, but I was in total doubt until I actually pulled it out my mailbox. Transaction was fine, but I was kind of dhick head about it given the tracking confusion. Apologies guys.
