The seller did not do a good job in helping me track down package it NEVER ARRIVED! It took weeks, awful DHL they used for shipping, did nothing that helped the situation.
Now the seller is telling me refund issue only after they get the book back. Double insult! They sure took my money fast, but lazy to refund it.
They know the book is with DHL and going back to them in the same packaging. So why would they withhold a refund?! I’m having to escalate this now with eBay!
