    Purchased 7 x Dell OptiPlex 7450 All in Ones, seller sent all wrong model. upon opening the box bunch of broken glass inside the box with little to no packing. Immediately inspected and 2 were salvageable, I opened a return for 5 units, but wanted me to wait for his insurance claim, (it seems to me as he sent these intentionally broken to do this) and refused to give me returns label until this was complete. One month later, finally got the help from eBay to help get return labels for a refund.

    It is unfortunate that you think so, it is not my intention to send items in poor condition YOU ARE WRONG, I am sorry that the shipment arrived broken and I told you to talk to the transport company because I was dissatisfied. I let you know that I was unhappy with the carrier. The computers were in excellent condition. Besides, I can also think badly of you, because you sent dirty, used and broken accessories that were not mine and the computer arrived without a mouse, keyboard and without AC.
