Caution with this seller! He does not answer messages, he sent a damaged and incomplete item, the photos only showed the packaging, he marked it as "OPEN BOX" and it is not. He refuses to return the money.

Sorry for your inconvenience, but when you raised the case for return I was on time off and set up that with eBay. I always inspect the item before shipment and back it inside a bigger box fully wrapped with bubble and foam.I can't be blamed for bad handling with the shipping carrier.the return is a process that I have to follow and make sure we receive the same item we sold to avoid any issues thhappened in the past.you have all the right to ask for more detailed pictures before purchase.

Puzzling purchase. Received just the item with no installation disc's however, packed with it was a Netgear Router and Netgear dongle with installation disc's for Netgear's.
