They took roughly two weeks to mark my order as shipped and didn't even provide a tracking number until I asked. Then took three extra days before my package was scanned as received. I paid $50 for expedited shipping, the seller used Postpac Economy, which is not an expedited service. My order is also apparently just sitting in Zurich for some reason, which is odd, because I'm in the USA and they're in Italy and claimed to have used Post Italiane. Responses to messages are slow and inadequate.
