Item size was smaller than the one advertised on the images. Refund process submitted. The reason for the negative feedback is because they don't provide a return shipping label and I've been over 15 days waiting for my return shipping fee refund. They acknowledged to pay for the fee, but now it's been really difficult to make them pay. Had to open a case with ebay customer service.
