    As noted, the unit was new. I was surprised that the instruction pamphlet was in French and Spanish but online instruction are readily available. However, I found that an important component was defecting ... the battery holder which didn't output the full voltage of 4 excellent AA batteries. Luckily I was replacing a similar unit and could substitute my old battery holder. However, since this seller did not take returns I just about lost out on what would otherwise have been a very good buy.

    Just Gary described. No problem with Gary's service. I knew it was an open box. No paperwork, having trouble hooking up and finding correct website and wifi code. Emailed eway, but haven't gotten back to me. Again, nothing to do with the seller. It was exactly what he said and shipping was good.
