First they did try but not happy with outcome. It came broken. It was shipped in JUST a bubble mailer no box. I sent them photos and said that it also turns off after a while. They sent me another one without the PSU. I test out the new one, the HDMI port is broken, and same issue. I find it's the PSU after using mine. I asked for them to send PSU or $20 refund so I can buy one. They said they would ship a PSU on friday, it's monday no psu, they sent me $15 refund. An attempt was made, thanks.
