Sent a message to seller before purchase, never heard back. Purchased item anyway, ended up not working for my application. Seller doesn't accept returns, tried to return anyway and was denied. Item description said "never used" but item has a deep gouge and many scratches all over the back consistent with being used quite a bit. I suppose I could contact ebay about the "never used" discrepancy to force a return but I've already wasted too much of my time on this. DO BETTER!
