Only 4 because it wasn't easy getting on ( doing myself). Zipper pull fell off , but thankfully i got it back on( thought i was gonna have to return it when that happened. All in all i'm happy with it right now and hopefully will feel the same way as time goes by. One more thing i like the inside better than the one i had too. This has more storage areas in the front. 👍
