When I first ordered the item got lost in the mail. I could not get a refund because it had exceeded eBay's window. I asked if they could send a replacement, which he honored by listing it as a separate item with only the cost of shipping. I wasn't thrilled to pay again, but it was cheaper than ordering all over from another vendor. It arrived in working condition, but the case was cracked and discs had chipped paint. Burned a total of $36 on something that only cost the seller 500 yen ($3.30).
