Seller was very unprofessional when I asked to cancel my order and refund my money. The listing was inaccurate and when I provided feedback, it was received aggressively. I would not purchase from seller again. The listing showed inaccurate delivery date but the seller blamed eBay for the error. Could have just cancelled the order and issued a refund from the start instead of uninvited back and forth email exchange. Worst customer experience on eBay.

I’ll be posting the entire thread on my IG and y'all can decide who was actually unprofessional. I was immediately threatened with negative feedback and buyer couldn’t have a proper discussion. It when 0-100. Description states when funkos ship or its subject to change. I have no control over distribution and it clearly states month. I have no control over eBay messages that get automatically sent. Can look at other positive communication feedback on profile.

All listings also list that distribution center might change shipping dates that is out of our control. Usually all this is also sent out with a message unless I missed you from influx of messages. No need for negative or neutral feedback when details are presented to customer in the listing.
