Unfortunately the item appeared to have no postage paid, so it was a bit of a hassle as I had to visit the postal distribution centre twice (as the first time it was closed). They do not allow you to open the package before paying, and I had to pay £7 to collect the item. After I wrote to the seller, he suggested I go a third time to sort it out, which I declined. The money was swiftly reimbursed though, so that was good, and that's the reason I have given positive feedback.

As you know and should have said in your comment there was most certainly postage paid and it was the post office who lost their own postage label. I only suggested you go back( you had not told me you had been twice) because i thought when i sent you proof of postage they would release the parcel. After i was informed by the Post Office that they would not have been able to do that i immediately refunded the £7 in full and the Post Office are refunding me in full for losing the postage label.
