I'm not one to leave negative feedback. With that said, phone IMEI would not connect to Metro, so I took it to T-Mobile and AT&T. Nothing. I had ordered screen glass and a case on Amazon. Also took forever for a refund. The entire process was avoidable if promises of UNLOCKED, were real. I guess this is Status Quo in today's mess?
