    Seller communication very good however I’m neutral on this one due to the item pictures showing two cutter tips and the listing not disclaiming anywhere that I would only receive one. Not only that but the brand on the item images and packaging were different and the item itself was not sealed with the branded information. The seller did rectify this issue so I’ll give them credit for that but not fond of having the inconvenience in having to reorder from somewhere else to have two cutters
