    Shipping was fast, packaging was impeccable, item arrived as described but did not fit my 2013 Cadillac ATS, this issue was on eBay s end. I had waited to take the splash shield off of my car until the replacement arrived as I only wanted to be under my car once. When it was discovered the parts numbers did not match seller gave full refund. Later found correct part that eBay warns will not fit my car. Lesson learned to always do that extra step of research.
