The original part a washing machine temp switch was faulty but The company made good and overnighted a new one the next day. Additionally important was the fact that I could actually speak with a "Human Being" to explain the problem who then got the company to "make good". Cannot remember his name but thank you very much Centennial Appliance for a long forgotten asset these days, "Superior Service".
