Of course the package had been damaged during shipping and the tubes were damaged. Shipping isn't payable on a USPS claim, but the seller without being asked, refunded the shipping cost, plus a little extra for the hassle. There is no doubt that the tubes worked before their vacation to Guam and was in no way obligated to refund me. Thank you for your integrity as a seller.
