Shipping costs were reasonable considering size, weight and quality packing materials. Drive screws would have been nice but never promised. Only real complaint was both CPU heat sinks weren't installed with airflow in mind. Fins should have been positioned parallel with airflow not perpendicular. Easy fix, server is running great!

- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseServer was very well packaged, one of the handles to slide it out of a rack came loose but I was able to locate the screw in the box and reinstall it. An issue that should have been noticed in testing was the CMOS battery was reporting as failed on IPMI, luckily that is a cheap fix. BIOS was locked to 2.0a (from 2017), BMC was latest version (2025). The BIOS was locked and could not be upgraded without flashing w/ a SPI Programmer. Not UNIXSurplus' fault, but heads up if 2nd Gen Intel is needed.
