Seller feedback (396)
- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchasePackaging was very inadequate for a heavy ceramic sink. Less than 1/2 inch foam on bottom of the box. Top packaging material was placed haphazardly in box. Box was not strong enough for this type of item. It was box sink is sold in but should not be shipped in. I was a little suspect that item was broken before it was shipped. The one good thing was the quick refund of my money. It was just more of a waste of my time. Seller needs to learn proper packaging if they are going to ship fragile itemsReply from: hazel.online- Feedback replied by seller hazel.online.- Feedback replied by seller hazel.online.A very unfair feedback, we have no control of the way UPS handle the packages, Package was sent in the manufactured box very secure and we immediately full refund the buyer. Buyer needs to learn that is not a perfect world and things like this happen all the time.
