Seller would not refund stating that I must fix it then proceeded to accuse me of taking advantage of them. Would have never bought from this seller had I known I had to debug and work on the item just to get it to power on. Horrible experience with this seller. This type of problem should have been brought to our attention much sooner. We asked some clarifying questions to try to resolve the problem, & those questions were ignored & not answered, even so we offered a partial refund to purchase a new battery. This item powered on and worked just fine when we shipped it as shown in the listing pictures. We did try to resolve and help the situation with solutions and fast communicationFollow-up from: s***b- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.Seller offered only $10 to buy a battery that was not intended to be user replaceable which btw only covers about half the cost of a new battery not including labor or my time to fix. I find it hard to believe that the device was working at time of shipment. Waste of money.
