However it was worth it in the end, the screen is an incredible improvement over the original. Two main drawbacks that I was aware of in advance from my own research: There are no instructions, and there is no bracket for the screen to be held in place. I sourced a 3D printed bracket elsewhere and researched other display replacements to understand which wires to run to where on the PCB.

I thought it didnt have Gameboy Advance SP on the lens but I hadn't realised that the screen protector is opaque at the edges so just covers that up.
